Delivery
Everything ships from Bangkok. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the same day; after that, the next one.
- Free delivery
- On every order over ฿1,500.
- Standard delivery
- ฿50 flat, anywhere in Thailand.
- How long
- 2–4 working days to most addresses. Bangkok is usually next day; the far south and the islands can take a day longer.
- Tracking
- A tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also follow the order from your orders without signing in.
- Where we ship
- Thailand only, for now.
Paying
PromptPay or a bank transfer. The order page shows a QR for the exact amount, and your items are held while you pay — you do not have to finish in one sitting, and you can send the link to whoever is paying. Upload the slip on the same page and the order moves on by itself, usually within a minute.
