Returns & exchanges

Buying a bra or a legging without trying it on is a guess, and the guess is ours to make good. If the size is wrong, exchange it.

Size exchange — free, 14 days

• ◇14 days from the day it arrives.
• ◇Unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on.
• ◇We pay the return postage and the postage back out. Once.
• ◇If the size you want has sold out in the meantime, you get a refund instead — we will not keep your money against a restock you did not agree to wait for.

What cannot come back

Underwear — briefs, thongs and g-strings — cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal is broken. This is not a policy we chose; it is what selling underwear responsibly means, and every shop in this category has the same rule. The size guide on each product page is measured against the actual garment, and the size guide exists so this decision is not a coin flip.

Bras, bralettes, leggings, shorts and sets are all exchangeable — a bralette is outerwear by construction and is treated as such.

If something is wrong with it

A fault, a hole, the wrong item, a colour that is not the colour on the page — that is ours, not yours. Send a photo and we replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and the 14 days do not apply.

How to start one

1. 1Open your orders and find the one.
2. 2Message us with the order number and what needs to change.
3. 3We send a return label. Once the parcel is scanned, the replacement goes out — you are not waiting for it to reach us first.

Refunds go back the way you paid, within 5 working days of the return arriving. Questions first? Ask.
